Stair Remodel: This job features the fine finish work capabilities of SD Mills & Carpentry. The scope of the job included stripping the carpet, replacing rotten boards, painting trim and risers, and capping each stair with customized fine-finished wood. Note how the landing design follows the flow of the stair case.

1914 House Remodel: This job features the tiling skill of SD Mills & Carpentry, and so much more. In this bathroom remodel, the customer wanted to blend the original style of the day with modern convenience. The scope of the job included demolition of old tile, tub and toilet, demolition removal, installation of wall and floor tile, painting, installation of vanity, fixtures and trim. We subcontracted a glass specialist to install the shower walls.
Apartment Buildout: This job features a variety of SD Mills & Carpentry skills, such that we are more than able to build out your new Barndominium shell to architectural specifications. In this buildout, the customer had us take down the wall between two offices in the loft of their manufacturing warehouse, and turn the combined space into an apartment. The scope of the job included demolition of a wall, removal of an exterior door, addition of a window, removal of old flooring, debris removal, frame out and build a room (bathroom), bring in plumbing, add and reroute electrical, install can-lighting, install full kitchen and bath including fixtures, tiling, cabinetry, etc., fine finish walls, ceiling, and trim, paint and install new flooring.
